POWER GENERATION:

Mars lacks most of the conventional sources of power, including much weaker sunlight to power solar panels, no hydrothermal power source, no wind power from extremely thin Martian atmosphere, and no availability of fossil fuels. It is not known if Mars has accessible radioactive mineral reserves, and nuclear power generation using imported nuclear fuel may be the only feasible option, with solar power as an adjunct. It is needless to guess the risks associated with shipping nuclear fuel from Earth. While most of the power will come from modified Small Modular (nuclear) Reactors, Craterhab Technology proposes a novel way of massive amount of power generation through the use of nuclear or solar power. After its patent was granted in 2022, we are currently working on writing a detailed synopsis of its working on our blog page which is currently in progress.
